Important information for your order

If a group is reduced to less than 4 participants, we reserve the right to combine them or to reduce the number of lessons.

Multiple teacher changes are possible due to the flexible organization.

We disclaim any liability for accidents that occur during or before the ski lessons. Accident and liability insurance is the responsibility of the course participants.

Refunds due to injury or illness only with medical confirmation. Only unused days (difference) will be refunded.

Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be refunded. Private courses take place in all weather conditions. The course ticket is not transferable! Course days not used up expire!

All deliveries and services of the ski school due to online orders via the Internet or other online services are subject to these terms and conditions.

Content of the online offer

The ski school/ski rental (hereinafter referred to as "author") assumes no liability for the topicality, correctness, completeness or quality of the information provided. Liability claims against the author, which refer to material or non-material damages, which were caused by the use or non-use of the information provided or by the use of incorrect and incomplete information, are excluded in principle, unless the author is not demonstrably intentional or grossly negligent.

All offers are subject to change and non-binding. The author expressly reserves the right to change, supplement or delete parts of the pages or the entire offer without separate announcement or to discontinue the publication temporarily or permanently.

References and links

In the case of direct or indirect references to external Internet pages ("links"), which are outside the author's area of responsibility, a liability obligation would only come into force in the event that the author is aware of the contents and it would be technically possible and reasonable for the author to prevent use in the event of illegal contents.

The author hereby expressly declares that at the time the links were created, no illegal content was discernible on the linked pages. The author has no influence on the current and future design, content or authorship of the linked pages. Therefore, the author hereby expressly distances himself from all contents of all linked/connected pages that were changed after the link was set. Copyright and trademark law

The author endeavours to observe the copyrights of the graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts used in all publications, to use graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts created by himself or to use licence-free graphics, sound documents, video sequences and texts.

All brand names and trademarks mentioned within the Internet offer and possibly protected by third parties are subject without restriction to the provisions of the respective valid trademark law and the ownership rights of the respective registered owners. The mere mention of a trademark does not imply that it is not protected by third party rights!

The copyright for published objects created by the author himself remains solely with the author of the pages. Any duplication or use of objects such as diagrams, sounds or texts in other electronic or printed publications is not permitted without the author's agreement.

Booking and reservations of ski and snowboard courses

The ski course fee does not include the use of the ski lifts. The ski school does not provide any compensation for teaching times lost due to the failure of the cable car and lift facilities. No ski course refunds in case of lift 

Cancellation ski rental

You can cancel your booking until 23:59 the evening before the pick-up (please note that the evening before the pick-up is not the same as the evening before the first day of rental. If you have already paid for your booking, the full amount will be refunded to your account. There are no cancellation fees, so you are always 100% flexible.

Ski school

Courses for beginners start on Sundays and sometimes on Mondays. Advanced students can join the courses every day as long as their skills match the different standards of the groups. 

The ski school skiCHECK is responsible for the group division of ski courses. Should it be necessary to downgrade the participant, the customer must follow this decision.

The minimum number of course participants is 4 persons. If a group is reduced to less than 4 participants, the ski school reserves the right to combine it with another group or to shorten the lessons.

On Saturdays there are generally no group lessons.

Course cancellations due to weather conditions (force majeure) will not be compensated. If the lifts are not in operation for any reason, no refund will be made. Unused days expire.

For private courses, it is possible to withdraw from the contract by 17.00 hours of the previous day at the latest without incurring a cancellation fee. However, if the cancellation is made at a later time, the ski school skiCHECK is entitled to demand the agreed tariff to the extent of a full daily rate. With regard to group courses, a refund of payments already made is only possible in the event of accident or illness on presentation of a medical certificate from a local doctor.

Ski passes and equipment are not included in the course price.

The customer has to inform the ski school skiCHECK truthfully and comprehensively about his skiing skills and experience, as well as about his physical abilities, especially his state of health.

For all our programs/events the course participants are not insured against accidents. An appropriate accident insurance is the responsibility of the guests. In principle, the ski school is liable according to the legal regulations exclusively for damages which are directly connected with the activity of the ski school and which were caused intentionally or through gross negligence.

Cancellation ski school

  • Cancellation up to 72 hours before the start of the course - 50% of the course amount due
  • Cancellation up to the day before the course starts - 75% of the course amount due
  • Cancellation on course day: 100% of the course amount due
  • In case of accident or illness, the following day(s) will be refunded (only with medical certificate)
  • If NO lifts are in operation 100% of the course amount! (Losses due to weather conditions - force majeure - will not be refunded!
  • Excluded are goodwill cases
  • Place of jurisdiction, place of performance and choice of law

The place of fulfilment is the central location of the ski school/ski rental. For disputes, the competent court at the location of the central branch of the ski school/ski rental is responsible. Austrian law applies. The contract language is German.
